Exchanges & Returns
Return Policy:
- Online orders must be returned within 20 days for a full refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused and have tags intact.
- All products must be returned in their original barcoded black bag
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only
Return/Exchange Shipping Information:
To return or exchange your items, you will need to send an email to josh@joshroush.com to notify us along with your order number.
Up accepted, please mail your items to:

- You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The duration of your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
- For items valued over $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
